* The FORCE 2 program is the next 4 week extension onto the FORCE 1 program. This program will take you through the next series of progressions from the FORCE 1 program to ensure you continue to make gains. * Each of the programs inside our 'FORCE' series consists of 3 different training sessions per week run over 4 weeks, ALL of which can be done from home or anywhere you have space. * These programs are designed for strength and also include some challenging conditioning mini workouts to keep you fit as well. * Included in this program is a dedicated Core and stretch session to keep your body moving freely and to give you a strong base to use your new found strength.
